R&R REALTY DIGITAL MURAL PROJECT
Here is a quick overview of the rules and specs of the wall. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss anything further.
Rules/ Guidelines:
- Students must be 18+ years of age ( necessary to consent to the rules/ legal side of rights to display)
- No nudity / violence / gore / copyright or trademark materials
- No political, social, religious content
- No promotional content
- All content is created/ owned by user
- Wall pixel dimensions are 1620 x 5760
- Still content or looped animation. (duration isn’t limited, but ideally kept to a travel distance time… 6-15 seconds?)
- .jpg or .mp4 file format
- Artwork can incorporate the doorframes but not required.
- Creator watermark allowed (Name / Class / graduating year – located bottom right)
Submitting Content:
I was planning on using Dropbox for this first round and see how that works. I will create a root folder and a folder for each of the students. I will give you access to the root folder so you can follow everyone’s submissions. I can then send an email/link to each of the students to upload their work or any notes that would like to include. This email will also include the legal disclaimer from our end stating an overview of the exhibition loan so R&R can display their creative works.
I will email you and Rachel the disclaimer prior to sending it out to any of the students so you can review it.
I am open to hearing any suggestions or concerns you may have on your end. This is a new endeavor on my side, so I appreciate the entire DMACC team as we work together on this project.
